     Food Plans For Today: 1500 calories max. coffee, fruit, cheese, juice... Schedule Plan For The Day: Clean house. Laundry. Manage social medias for business. Run some errands. (get daughter's flower girl shoes for wedding, bank run) CW: 119 lbs

Major Blood Sugar Drop!

     If you keep up with me on Myproana, you know I have Type 1 Diabetes, as well as an eating disorder. Well today both of them got the worst of me. I was feeling fine up until about 1 o'clock today when I started to get extremely tired. Normally my blood sugar is always quite high, especially when I'm feeling extra tired. I brushed it off as a high BG. Did ya girl bother to test? NOPE.      fast forward 1 hour and I'm almost passing out! I finally did check it and it was 48!!!!!! I knew this would be coming though. I can usually expect my sugar to drop after beginning restriction for a couple days. This is what I had to eat: chicken nuggets (600) cheese (80) cookies (200) juice (200) pastry (200) Yes, this is still under my calorie limit, its about 1300 calories plus all the coffee I had this morning puts it at about 14-1500 calories so I need to stop eating for the rest of the day pretty much.      The thing is, even if I do...

Along the lines of coffee, 1 pastry, soup, & afternoon snack.      Schedule plan for the day: Clean the house. Laundry. Wash dishes. Blog post. Client meeting via phone. 1 hour work.  dinner.      CW: 121 lbs

Today Marks The First Day Of Restriction

     I am currently 2 and a half months postpartum, and FINALLY able to start losing the weight I gained during pregnancy. Here is how I am organizing my diet: 1500-1600 calories daily. Coffee only for breakfast. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Low carb intake. Body Check: Height: 5' 5" CW: 120 lbs GW1: 113 lbs GW2: 107 lbs GW3: 99 lbs Target Weight: 89 lbs
