Today Marks The First Day Of Restriction

     I am currently 2 and a half months postpartum, and FINALLY able to start losing the weight I gained during pregnancy. Here is how I am organizing my diet: 1500-1600 calories daily. Day 1 of The HSGD

HSGD Day 1: 900 calories. I'm currently 115 lbs. My goal for the next 30 days on this diet is to reach 100 lbs by August 31st. . 15 lb weight loss goal, and if I stick to it, I can do it. I will update you later on what I will be doing for exercise. Ive had 500 calories today so far. 500 for coffee and cereal combined. 400 left. its 1 pm. wish me luck! 560 calories at 3pm ...had 1 cup cheddar popcorn
