Today Marks The First Day Of Restriction


     I am currently 2 and a half months postpartum, and FINALLY able to start losing the weight I gained during pregnancy. Here is how I am organizing my diet:

1500-1600 calories daily.

Coffee only for breakfast.

Lots of fruits and vegetables.

Low carb intake.

Body Check:
  • Height: 5' 5"
  • CW: 120 lbs
  • GW1: 113 lbs
  • GW2: 107 lbs
  • GW3: 99 lbs
  • Target Weight: 89 lbs
