Today can be productive. Any day can be a successful day if you make it.

     Food plans for today:

  • 1500 calories max.
  • Along the lines of coffee, 1 pastry, soup, & afternoon snack.


     Schedule plan for the day:
  • Clean the house.
  • Laundry.
  • Wash dishes.
  • Blog post.
  • Client meeting via phone.
  • 1 hour work. 
  • dinner.
