HSGD Day 1: 900 calories. I'm currently 115 lbs. My goal for the next 30 days on this diet is to reach 100 lbs by August 31st. . 15 lb weight loss goal, and if I stick to it, I can do it. I will update you later on what I will be doing for exercise. Ive had 500 calories today so far. 500 for coffee and cereal combined. 400 left. its 1 pm. wish me luck! 560 calories at 3pm ...had 1 cup cheddar popcorn
Today can be productive. Any day can be a successful day if you make it. Food plans for today: 1500 calories max. Along the lines of coffee, 1 pastry, soup, & afternoon snack. Schedule plan for the day: Clean the house. Laundry. Wash dishes. Blog post. Client meeting via phone. 1 hour work. dinner. CW: 121 lbs
I am currently 2 and a half months postpartum, and FINALLY able to start losing the weight I gained during pregnancy. Here is how I am organizing my diet: 1500-1600 calories daily. Coffee only for breakfast. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Low carb intake. Body Check: Height: 5' 5" CW: 120 lbs GW1: 113 lbs GW2: 107 lbs GW3: 99 lbs Target Weight: 89 lbs
